Just received the computer. It now has the Thinkpad Red Clit Stimulator instead that ugly thing it came with. Now to start installing Mac OS X to dualboot with this...

It’s a metal brick in your face (literally), a keyboard and speed I like, and has the power to boot. I especially like the wannabe Thinklight. It has the old but perfect concept of a Thinkpad which was picked up by HP as it was abandoned by Lenovo slowly after the T60.

Stupid easy to work with as well!
If you have no use for the DVD drive, you can buy a $10 2nd bay caddy and toss in another HD in there or put an SSD in the main bay and HD in 2nd

Marine corps nomenclature for thetrackpoint. Nice lappie. I still rock the thinkpads for work t400 for field staff, t510 for office employees, w5xx for engineering and IT (the department of me, lol). I’ve decided my next personal PC will be an MSI 15” laptop with some really good specs.
